Wattletree Cottage @ Warburton

Not long ago, I had a ski trip with a group of friends. We passed by this place named Warburton and it just reminded me that I've been here before! It was back in 2012 and that was for a hiking trip. We have stayed one night at Wattletree Cottage and it was a wonderful accommodation. Note, the photos was taken two years ago and it might have some new changes. =)

From the balcony, you can see the view of Mount Donna Buang. I would imagine when comes to winter, you can see the snow on the summit.

This place is recommended for a large family or friends. It feels like home, to be honest. The main living area was fantastic with cathedral ceilings, wood heater and large antique furnishings to accommodate more than 10 people.

The kitchen is really well equipped with electric oven and grill, microwave, toaster and kettle. They also provided sauces, tea and coffee! Everything is neat and clean.

Large windows to maximise the view.

My favourite spot of the house.

Small sitting area with library, games and CD Player. Baby provisions such as porta cot and high chair are provided. It has so much space for relaxing and entertaining.

There are two bathrooms. One is wheelchair accessible and also includes laundry facilities. The washing machine came in handy when we finished our hiking.

5 bedrooms and each bedroom contains a heater. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

I was particularly in love with this bedroom, especially in the morning. First thing when i woke up, I saw the view of the mountain. It was perfect.

6 in the morning, enjoyed seeing the view surrounded with mist. Feels really calm and relaxed. Wish I could have stayed for another night.
